About Us
De La Paz Coffee was founded in 2005 in San Francisco, Ca. The name, de la Paz Coffee, was derived from Maria de la Paz, the lovely wife of the owner, Jason Benford.
Currently, all the coffee is being roasted in the heart of the Mission on a small production roaster. All batches are roasted specifically for each order, and a roast date is placed on the back of all bags.
de la Paz Coffee has a strong commitment to supporting small coffee growers. Only the highest quality coffee is chosen through many long hours of cupping and tasting.
