The first piece of equipment to arrive for our bar is the newly updated, two group hydra espresso machine from Synesso. With a pump and motor designated to each group our baristas will be able to manually control the pre-infusion stage as well as brew espresso independent of the other group at the same time without disrupting water pressure. This is a rather exciting improvement from previous machines as it allows more freedom behind the bar while allowing the barista to manage drinks more efficiently.
