All our coffee comes from farms and cooperatives that are Organic and/or Fair Trade certified. Every order is roasted at the moment you email or call us.
You can also choose whether you want a light, medium, or dark roast.

Single-Origin Coffee
Fair Trade Certified Coffee
- Ethiopia Yirgacheffe -- This complex cup of coffee has hints of lemon and apricot. There is a strong fruit and floral aroma with every cup.
- Ethiopia Harrar -- This sun dried coffee is excellent on its own as
an espresso or when using a moka pot. From the moment you taste it,
you encounter deep blueberry notes and hints of chocolate.
- Guatemala, Huehuetenango Region -- A nice cherry flavor with a clean and dry aftertaste. Fair Trade Certified
- Mexico Chiapas (UDEPOM) -- One can expect a sweet and crisp cup, with hints of nuts. A perfect choice for a lighter cup of coffee. It is Fair Trade Certified.
- Nicaragua Pueblo Nuevo -- Definitely a very bright cup of coffee. On any given brew, you can find hints of citrus, cedar, and cherry. A great coffee for someone wanting a distinct juicy flavor.
- Peru 'Norte' Coop -- This coffee has hints of chocolate and fruit flavors. It is high in acidity with a fine body. Fair Trade Certified
- Sumatra Gayoland -- Another excellent Fair Trade Certified coffee. This coffee comes from the Gayo Highlands of the Aceh province of Sumatra, Indonesia. This is a sweet tasting coffee with hints of wine and spice. Low acidity with earthy tones.
- Sumatra Decaf -- A 100% Organic and Fair Trade Certified coffee that is decaffeinated through a Swiss Water Process. The end taste is exceptional. It has a smooth, full bodied, and nutty taste that is low in acidity.
- Brazil Poco Fundo -- To find a Fair Trade Organic coffee from Brazil
is a tough task. To come across a coffee that is so smooth and has
incredible taste is even tougher. We hit the jackpot with the Brazil
Poco Fundo. It is one of the only coffees that can be used as a
single origin espresso and also tastes great in a french press or
drip. It has a syrupy taste that is very sweet and fruity!! You can
not go wrong with this coffee.
Signature Blends
- Mission Blend - This dark and rich blend is a local favorite in San Francisco. This blend contains coffee from three different countries. It is 100% Fair Trade.
- La Luna Blend - The best way to start the morning is with a cup of La Luna. It has a lighter body, with hints of chocolate and ends with a smooth taste.
It is also 100% Fair Trade.
- Bella Blend - This coffee is specially roasted for the Velo Bellas
(www.velobella.org), an international women's bicycle racing team.
This medium roasted blend has hints of berry and spice with a smooth
aftertaste. The Bella Blend is excellent for espresso or drip and
always has a rich crema. This blend will keep you pedaling forever.
